Our relationship with animals is broken. In factory farms and slaughterhouses, their bodies are turned into products, their individuality and suffering ignored. Our own global crisis makes clear just how interconnected our lives are, just how much looking after ourselves means looking after one another. As we hope for our new normal, animals in factory farms hope for theirs too. Together we can create a new normal for animals.
