Mercy For Animals India Foundation organised its first-ever volunteer engagement meetup in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The event aimed to recruit and train volunteers to aid our crucial work to reduce suffering for animals in the food system.
The meetup drew 33 volunteers who were excited to join the Mercy For Animals team. They discussed various ways that they could help animals and learned to organise local events, take online actions, and support Mercy For Animals campaigns in other ways using their unique skills and passion.
